Stop losing grants to the calendar.

Helys watches the open calls, tells you which ones are actually worth your time, and carries each one from the listing through to the final report.

How it works

01It gathers

Grants, fellowships, residencies, public-art commissions and open calls arrive on their own schedule from public APIs and feeds. No scraping, no copy-and-paste.

02It scores

Every listing is read against your profile and scored out of 100, with the reasons and the concerns spelled out. Fee-charging and org-only calls are dropped before they reach you.

03It triages

A keyboard-driven inbox: shortlist, snooze, or ignore with a reason that teaches the scoring. Duplicates across sources are merged into one entry.

04It applies

Requirements checklists, tasks, work samples pinned to a version, and drafting against a fact list where every claim has to be verified before a draft goes final.

05It remembers

Deadlines, internal target dates, task due dates and reporting obligations, in the app and on a calendar feed your own calendar can subscribe to.

06It reports

Submission snapshots, outcomes and the reports you owe after a win — the part that usually falls off the end of a spreadsheet.

Where the listings come from

Public APIs and feeds only, each with its own schedule and health check.

Made for the way artists actually work

Your materials, versioned

Statements, bios, CVs, prior answers and work samples live in one library. Pin a version to an application and you always know what you sent.

Assistants without handing over your account

Invite a studio manager or a writer into your workspace with their own sign-in and their own role.

Nothing invented

Drafting works from a closed list of facts you supply. A claim that is not on the list has to be verified before the draft can be marked final.

Passkeys, not passwords

Sign in with the fingerprint reader or face unlock you already use. There is no password to leak, reuse or reset.

Try it on your own practice

Set up a profile, let the sources run for a week, and see what comes back before you decide anything.
